The House of Deréon designer and superstar mom told UsWeekly: “We’re excited because it’s Beyoncé’s first Mother’s Day. [We’re] all going to be together.”
As far as plans, Miss Tina said: “I’m hoping to cook! I want to cook. My traditional soul food and maybe gumbo. That’s my favorite dish!”
Beyoncé gave birth to Blue Ivy on January 7, giving Miss Tina a second grandchild to fawn over. Recently, Beyoncé admitted to wanting more children.
“I definitely want to have more [kids],” the singer told Entertainment Tonight. “I don’t know how many. God knows. I don’t know yet. I feel like now I know the reason that I was born.”
Happy Mother’s Day to all the new moms.
