The Real Wives of Black Hollywood

They say behind every good man is an even greater woman, and in Hollywood there's no exception. Some our favorite leading men are who they are because of the love and support of their better halves -- their wives. Many of the these women go unrecognized because they choose not to become a quasi-celebrity. With all the hype surrounding the "Real Housewives" series, (especially this season's juicy Beverly Hills franchise) we figured it's time to shine a lil' light on these proud wives, mothers, philanthropists, authors, professionals and entrepreneurs who deserve some credit. Meet the Real Wives of Black Hollywood. Here's what you had to say: LaTonya commented via Facebook: "I think 'The Real Wives of Black Hollywood' would be a good idea for a show, with Jada, Nicole, Angela, Halle, Malinda and of course Pauletta Washington." Bayyinah wrote via Facebook: "To be a good wife you have to be able to listen to your husband."
