Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel are officially divorced.
According to TMZ, the couple who has been separated for nearly a year secretly finalized their divorce last month.
The couple first announced their separation in December 2013. At the time their representative released a statement saying, “Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs have jointly decided to separate at this time. Their primary focus and concern is for their son. We ask that you respect their privacy during this time.”
Diggs and Menzel met while co-starring in Broadway play, Rent. They were married for 10 years and have a 5-year-old son named Walker.
