A comprehensive study shows that African-American college students who live with a White roommate had more impressive grades. The study, which was completed by researchers from Ohio State University and Virginia Commonwealth University, studied African-American freshmen. Not only does the study suggest that African-American students with White roommates performed better in school, but it also helped them to better adjust in a new environment.
