A comprehensive study shows that African American college students who live
with a white roommate had better grades. The study, which was
completed by researchers from The Ohio State University and Virginia
Commonwealth University, studied Black freshmen. Not only does
the study suggest that African American students with white roommates
performed better in school, but it also helped them to better adjust in a
new environment.
