Today’s topic: My own private terror Hello Crew, Good morning Mr. Harvey and morning show crew, I recently read in our local paper of a woman who was stabbed in a department store by her ex-boyfriend. I met a man about a year ago and after a few months I thought he was Mr. Right. Until he became controlling. He was calling all hours of the night, asking if I was home alone. He would ride by my house to see who might be visiting me. He told me that he had been hurt so many times in the past by cheating women and was just insecure. The final straw was when he started questioning me about my finances — my salary, how much money I had in my bank accounts and things like that. I broke up with him right then. That has been nearly six months ago. Now he is harassing me with phone calls from private numbers. I know it was him because he was stupid enough to leave a message! I filed a complaint with the local police but nothing can be done until he does something else that they deem worthy of an arrest. Mr. Harvey, I am scared. He is turning my once serene and private world into a nightmare. Please help. Sincerely, Anonymous
