Today’s topic: My son is a thief Good morning Steve and crew, I
really need help. I have an eight-year-old who is a thief (I’m just calling it what it is.). Steve, please know that I love my baby with all that I have, which is why I am seeking help. I have tried everything that I know to do. I pray without ceasing. I know that the Bible says faith without works is dead and I have faith, but I need help with the works. If this approach is wrong, I am hoping that you or others that may have been down this road can help. I don’t spank my children, I
beat(s) my children. I have contacted my local law enforcement but have been told that there is nothing that they can do to my eight-year-old and that there are no programs available for him. I have gotten my other family members involved–my husband (who is in law enforcement), my sisters, my mother, my church deacon, his father and uncles. I have taken everything away from him–his TV, his video games, his guitar lessons. I have a brother who is currently incarcerated that speaks with him every chance he gets. I am at a brick wall. I don’t want to lose my child to the system. He is my baby. Please help. I am listening. I am a lost mother looking for solutions with her baby.
