By now, Solange is used to seeing fans of her big sister go a little wild every now and then. But when Beyoncé was pulled off the stage by a fan in Brazil, Solange says the incident really shook her up like she hadn’t felt before.
“It was really, really scary to me,” Solange said during a recent interview with Hot 97. “She has the whole BeyHive stage so those are like select fans that have followed her. It’s really scary.”
Despite the run-in with the aggressive fan, Solange says she’s proud of how Beyoncé handled the fiasco without missing a beat.
“At the same time, I have to give her the hugest props for being that accessible but it is scary, especially as a family member seeing that. She let them go. She said, ‘It’s okay.’”
