According to the Huffington Post, Snooki received a whopping $32,000 Thursday night for speaking about her lifestyle — which consists of gym, tanning and laundry, while Morrison will earn a straight $30,000 for delivering the school’s commencement address in May.
Anyone else see the problem here? Morrison is a beloved cultural icon; Snooki is a fist-pumper and a fan of pickles. We’re not sure who’s behind paying the speakers, but a major adjustment is in order.
Let’s hope that Michelle Obama and Denzel Washington get paid a hefty amount for their upcoming speaking engagements.
