Rihanna Thanks Fans for Their Support

After Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, expressed how “terrible” he thought
the photos of the injuries his daughter received as a result of an alleged
altercation and assault with former beau, Chris Brown. Today, the Barbadian
beauty celebrated her 21st birthday and shared a few words with her
loyalists.

³At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the
incident involving Chris Brown,² says the statement from her rep. ³She wants
to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply
appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult
time.²

Since the alleged incident, the Grammy award-winning, Def Jam songstress has
kept a low profile while Brown awaits his court date on March 5.–KNB
