Pop princess Rihanna’s a long way from her humble Barbadian beginnings and is moving on up to a chic and hip $3.745 million bachelorette pad in New York City’s SoHo district, according to The New York Post.
The seven-story building located on Green Street houses the three-bedroom, 2,300-square-foot sprawling duplex , which tallies out at a whopping $18,000 per month, which is $4,000 cheaper than its orginal asking price. The apartment boasts a 500-square-foot terrace which Rihanna plans to erect a small tent to shade herself from potentially nosy neighbors as well as a 464-square-foot rear deck .
Apparently, for a burgeoning actress, lower Manhattan is the place to be, as Rihanna plans to enroll in acting classes this summer in preparation for her debut role in “Personal Protection.” —KNB
