Once a parent always a parent. Just ask “Run’s House” dad Reverend Run, who stays in touch daily with his baby girls, Vanessa and Angela Simmons, who relocated to Los Angeles last year and had MTV cameras follow them for the debut of their dramality series, “Daddy’s Girls.“
‘I miss them and I call as much as I can to keep my heart rate at a safe pace,” the Reverend jokingly told ESSENCE.com. “There will definitely be a second season of “Daddy’s Girls” that will probably be ready by the end of the summer and their Pastry clothing line will be available in Macy’s soon.”
Looks like the young, sophisticated ladies learned a lot from their dad and legendary uncles music mogul Russell and artist Danny Simmons about upholding the family legacy by becoming all-around entrepreneurs.—KNB
