What was your favorite part of the experience?
The clothes were fabulous. They were pieces that I would never have thought to put together, but once I put them on, accessories and all, they really worked for me.
Have you changed since you’ve gotten your new look?
The new haircut is much edgier than my normal style. These reddish highlights make me feel a bit more like a rebel.

What was it like seeing yourself in these photos for the first time?
I didn’t think that I was going to enjoy the pictures as much. I didn’t want to seem like a fake contestant on America’s Next Top Model, but posing was hard. It was fun though.
Have you kept up the look?
I’ve kept the hairstyle. I was afraid to wash it because the stylist wasn’t there. As for the clothes, I’ve matched every day since the photo shoot. My loved ones are glad that my Punky Brewster personality is on reserve mode.

What was your favorite part of the makeover?
I loved my hair and makeup; I feel much more confident about myself. I never looked so good or felt so beautiful!
Were you anxious the day of the photo shoot?
I was so nervous on set. I had no clue what to expect. But everyone was very nice and welcoming. And I’ve been trying hard to keep up the look. I’m not doing as well as the hair and makeup team, but I’m trying.
