Yesterday, 80s sitcom fans were delivered a shock when news broke that power couple Regina King and Malcolm Jamal Warner may be calling it quits.
Us Weekly reported that Warner had asked King and her son to move out, she was heartbroken and that they were headed for Splitsville. Fans of the pair, who met in the 80s while she was starring on 227 and he was on The Cosby Show, will be glad to know that Ms. King is now saying that there is no bad blood between them.
King took to Twitter today to squash the rumors and urge her followers not to believe all of the hype: “Hey everybody PLEASE don’t believe everything you read. Me & @MalcolmJamalWar are good. Life happens. Forward motion. Godspeed.”
