Many activists and local supporters in Paris, Texas, stood outside the county courthouse on Monday to protest what they are calling a hate crime- the biased killing of Brandon McClelland, a Black man who was run over by two White men, according to The Dallas Morning News. Police later found McClelland’s mangled body on the side of a road. The case is set to be heard in front of the grand jury in December, giving prosecutors enough time to investigate the incident
