The 2016 BET Awards is all set to honor Prince in a wonderful way.
On Tuesday, June 7th, which would have been Prince’s 58th birthday, the network teased at the star-studded lineup set to honor his life in music.

Sheila E., D’Angelo, Janelle Monae, The Roots and more have been announced to take part in the special performance to salute the Purple One’s legacy.

Last month, BET promised a dynamic tribute after the Billboard Music Awards honored Prince with a perfomance by Madonna, a perfomance that was very quickly shaded.
