Even the leader of the free world isn’t safe from social media trolls — especially when the culprit is his own daughter.

During a Monday appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! President Barack Obama spoke of his daughter Sasha‘s obsession with Snapchat — and her love of trolling her famous dad.

Obama, 55, told the host that the 15-year-old explained the ins and outs of the popular social app to him during dinner one night.

“Michelle and I are sitting there, and I said, ‘Isn’t this interesting.’ And I started talking to Michelle about the implications of social media and what all this means,” he told the 48-year-old host, who earlier played a clip of the president imitating his daughters texting while he addressed an audience of high school students last week.

“Come to find out, [Sasha] was recording the whole time and then sent to her friends afterward, ‘This is my dad lecturing us on the meaning of social media.’ And she took a picture of herself sort of looking bored.”

Fortunately, the first family got a kick out of Sasha’s antics.

“Michelle, of course, loved it. Malia thought it was a riot. They distributed it to all their friends,” he said.

Obama, who also read some amusing #MeanTweets about himself on the show, also opened up about his relationship to technology. Basically, he says he uses it like a toddler.

“I now have an iPhone, but it is, you know, like, the phone you give your 2-year-old, where they can pretend to press things, but nothing actually happens? So my phone has no phone, no camera, no music – all it has is the Internet, and I can send e-mails,” he told Kimmel. “But my rule has been throughout my presidency, is that I assume someday, sometime, somebody will read this e-mail, so I don’t send any e-mail… that at some point won’t be on the front page of the newspapers.”

Monday wasn’t the first time Obama has revealed his younger daughter’s social media prowess — which clearly pales in comparison to his own.

While campaigning for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in July, Obama casually revealed that Sasha is part of the Twittersphere, ET Online reported.

“Everybody can tweet, but nobody actually knows what it takes to do the job until you’ve sat behind the desk,” Obama said. “I mean, Sasha tweets, but she doesn’t think that she thereby should be sitting behind the desk!
