Say it ain’t so! The fate of everyone’s favorite pint-sized doctor is up in the air.

Yahoo reports that it is unclear whether Disney Junior’s popular show Doc McStuffins will be renewed for a fifth season.

Beverly Bond Is Releasing A ‘Black Girls Rock!’ Book

The show follows a Black toddler who dreams of one day being a doctor. She offers medical care to her stuffed animal friends (and has captured the hearts of America in the process).

Despite the fact that the show has brought in more than $500 million in sales and is the only program on the network with a Black lead character, Disney Junior has not yet renewed the show.

Understandably, parents are outraged at the network’s actions and have launched a #RenewDocMcStuffins hashtag on Twitter.

When kids are less afraid of my stethoscope and otoscope, it's usually because of this doc #RenewDocMcStuffins https://t.co/taAkw9P0b4

No other show features a young black girl as a doctor. That kind of representation is incredibly important. #RenewDocMcStuffins

#RenewDocMcStuffins because she helps little black girls all over realize they are smart, beautiful, and able! Representation matters.

#RenewDocMcStuffins because it's important for OUR children to see that they can be ANYTHING they want to be ✊🏾✨

#RenewDocMcStuffins It's the reason my 2 y/o daughter could say stethoscope, otoscope, & sphygmomanometer. I still can't say the last 1.
