Oprah has pulled the plug on an episode that was to mark the tenth anniversary of the Columbine High School massacre, feeling the show only honored the killers, according to the Chicago Tribune. Titled “10 Years Later: The Truth About Columbine,” the show was to air today, the anniversary of the massacre in Littleton, Colorado, which resulted in the deaths of 12 students and one teacher.
Winfrey alerted loyal supporters on her Facebook page, saying that after reviewing the show, she thought it focused too much on the teens who committed the horrible crimes.—ZH
