On Tuesday it was reported that Robert Yancy, Natalie Cole’s only child, was found dead. The 39-year-old was a percussionist who traveled with his mother’s band and was also credited on albums for his work. While an autopsy report has not been announced, Yancy did lose his mother and father to heart conditions. We remember their special bond in these vintage photos.
