Saturday Night Live gave their official explanation of the Jay-Z and Solange Knowles elevator altercation on the show’s season finale Saturday.
In a cold opening skit Sasheer Zamata channeled Solange Knowles while she, “Jay-Z” (Jay Pharoah) and his bodyguard (Kenan Thompson) explained what sparked the altercation.
Former SNL star Maya Rudolph even made a guest appearance as Beyoncé to give her take on it all.
