Washington D.C residents and tourists were in for a surprise when President Obama took a walk around the White House Wednesday.
POTUS shook hands, took pictures and exclaimed, “The bear is loose!” to a crowd as he headed towards the Department of Interior with his staff and Secret Services in tow.
