Last night’s “X Factor” finale had us on pins and needles. All three finalists — Melanie Amaro, Chris Renee and Josh Krajcik — put on showstopping performances in hopes of winning a $5M cash prize. Even though everyone did a fairly good job with their songs, Melanie Amaro blew the house down with a dazzling rendition of Beyonce’s “Listen.”
She’s already been compared to Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey in previous performances, but now Beyonce? You be the judge to see if she’s got what it takes to be America’s next singing sensation.
We hope America is on her side tonight when the “X Factor” champion is crowned. Tune in this evening at 8 p.m. on Fox for the results.
