Brandy gave the gift of music this holiday season.
She surprised fans with a new song, “How High,” on Christmas Eve. It’s a laid back, mid-temp track much in the same vein as “Wildest Dreams” from her Two Eleven album. Not only does the song boast smooth vocals, but Brandy’s rapper alter-ego, Bran’Nu, makes a guest appearance for a verse.
It was a small token of appreciation from the star who single-handedly relaunched her music career in 2012 with a new album and a bevy of performances. Up next for Brandy is another season of The Game, which begins airing on BET in January.
