As if there weren’t enough runway to reality shows floating out there, MTV decided to tip the boat with a new series of its own. The Stylist will pit up-and-coming clothing stylists against one another to vie for a contract with a major agency, according t o Entertainment Weekly. MTV’s new baby will compete with its predecessor, Project Runway, which, after much debate, will now air on the Lifetime network. The new series will also go head to head with The Fashion Show, Bravo’s replacement for Project Runway. As of yet, no premiere date has been set. -LB
