Spelman Women of Color Conference

ESSENCE Editor-In-Chief Vanessa K. Bush and Editor-at-Large Mikki Taylor helped celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Spelman College's Leadership and Women of Color Conference last month in Atlanta. With the theme "21st century Leadership: Leading Forward," the conference focused on the future and on creating new best practices and innovative ideas for success in an ever-changing, globally diverse era.
