Hollywoods elite Steven Spielberg, Suzanne de Passe and Madison Jones will collaborate to produce the first film based on the life of civil rights leader, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, according to Variety.com. The movie rights have been bought by DreamWorks and has been officially authorized by the King estate, giving them the right to use his image and famous speeches to create the definitive reflection of the slain leader’s life. This is an enormous feet for DreamWorks as the King children remain in a legal battle about who owns their parent’s intellectual property.-WLW
