Miguel's Performance on 'Jay Leno' Compared to Prince

Grammy Award-nominated R&B singer Miguel recently performed his latest single,”Sure Thing,”on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The “All I Want is You” star’s performance raised eyebrows and even some comparisons to legendary pop icon Prince. Do you agree? Watch a clip of his performance here.

The 25-year-old singer-songwriter has worked his way up the musical ranks last year, when he toured with Mary J. Blige, Usher, Jazmine Sullivan and Trey Songz. The artist — who claims heavy influences from James Brown and Stevie Wonder — will release his second studio album, “State of the Art,” later this year.
