As Michael Jackson practices his moves for his much anticipated summer concerts in London, a concert promoter in New Jersey is heading to court so that the King of Pop never takes stage, according to Entertainment Weekly. AllGood Entertainment alleges the next concert by Michael Jackson is legally theirs, and the company plans to host a huge concert in 2010 with Janet Jackson, Michael and the rest of their family clan. They have sent a cease and desist order to Michael for his 50 Michael concerts scheduled in London this July. Tickets for the shows quickly sold out to fans around the world.—CJ
