Michael Clarke Duncan remains hospitalized after suffering a heart attack in July. The good news: the Green Mile star has been moved from the intensive care unit.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Duncan’s rep confirms the news and adds: “His family are firm believers in the power of prayer and have asked that you keep him in yours during this time.”

Duncan went into cardiac arrest on July 13. His girlfriend, reality star Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, reportedly performed CPR on him and re-started his heart while they waited for paramedics.

Though he is reportedly on the mend, Duncan remains under close medical supervision.

“Everyday GOD continues to smile upon my luv Michael Clarke Duncan on this arduous road to recovery,” tweeted Omarosa in support.
