Former Washington Mayor Marion Berry is in hot water once again. This time, prosecutors are asking a federal judge to send him to jail for not paying taxes for the eighth time in nine years, according to the Associated Press. This is a direct violation of Berry’s probation for previous tax evading after being released on probation in 2006 for not paying taxes between 1999 and 2004. Berry was arrested in 1990 after being seen on videotape smoking crack in an FBI sting.—WLW
