Lil’ Kim is doing a damn good job of establishing herself as a businesswoman. Most recently she opened up her fifth salon in Charlotte, North Carolina. Now the rap legend is planning a book and documentary about a difficult time in her life.
When Kim spoke on Kay Slay’s Streetsweeper Radio show, she gave details on her upcoming projects that would highlight her time in prison in 2005. She was found guilty of lying to a grand jury about the details of a Hot 97 shooting in 2001. She served one year and one day in jail.
“The Price of Loyalty” will be the name of her new book and the documentary has yet to be titled according to MTV. Both projects are said to be focused on Kim’s pre-and-post prison life and the effects jail had on her.
Are you looking forward to seeing Lil’ Kim’s life on on the big screen?
