Following reports that LaTavia Roberson was fighting for her life due to pregnancy complications, the singer took to Instagram to update fans and thank them for their support.
The former Destiny’s Child member posted to Instagram, “From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every one of you for your prayers and positive energy, I have felt every heartfelt wish more thank you know!” Roberson goes on to say that while reports that she was fighting for her life weren’t completely accurate, she was in critical condition. She doesn’t go into detail about what happened, but does say “there is more to this story.”
The message concludes, “I sincerely appreciate you my lovers for your support and most importantly for respecting the privacy of my family & I during this time. God restores, HIS will is done.”
