Las Vegas police report that an African-American man, whose name and age are being held, was shot in his car as he sat in Tuesday morning traffic, according to the Associated Press. Witness reports detail a man got out of his white 2000 Chevrolet Malibu, went up to the other car, shot the victim multiple times, went back to his car and drove off.
