The Lady of Rage is thanking fans for their support after news broke of her hospitalization.

The rapper, real name Robin Yvette Allen, took to Instagram to share a message of thanks, writing, “I just want to Thank everyone who has been showing me and an overwhelming amount of love, support, prayers, visits, phone calls, well wishes. It means so much…I never knew so many people cared. I’m really grateful to all of you who have taken the time to send a lil love my way.”

Allen’s friend, rapper YoYo, shared the news Wednesday of Allen’s hospitalization, asking fans to send their prayers and well wishes. Allen has not disclosed the reason for her hospitalization.

Allen, who performed at Hot 97’s Summer Jam as a guest of Remy Ma back in June, made a name for herself rapping alongside artists Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. In Paul Edwards’ How to Rap: The Art and Science of the Hip-Hop MC,  the rapper is described as one of hip-hops most skilled MCs.

Here’s to a speedy recovery.
