LaLa wasn't here for any of Raven-Symoné's shade.
Social media has given the public a front row seat to some celeb’s personal lives, but are they to blame? While some share less than others, those who overshare can sometimes appear to over do it. Well, at least that’s what Raven-Symoné thinks.
On Friday’s episode of The View, the co-host and former child star once again made a comment that didn’t sit well with the other women at the table.
Raven and La La got into a brief debare after Raven made a comment regarding the way Ciara has allowed her previous relationship to play out in the public eye.
“Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt, J.Lo and Diddy, J. Lo and Ben Affleck, J.Lo and Marc Anthony, Ciara and Future, even Love and Hip Hop‘s Stevie J and Joseline,” she remarked. “Like you have these people who make their relationship all about social media and they break up later.”
La La who just happens to be best friends with Ciara was quick to come to her girl’s defense in helping her hold down the way she lets her love show.
“Well Raven, Ciara is one of my best friends and she’s never made her relationship on social media, that’s not her thing at all,” the Power actress said. “I think that the public’s fascination makes it about social media. I think the public can create the relationship on social media and a lot of the time the celebrity doesn’t. There’s a fascination with the celebrity and the couple that drives it to be a social media type relationship.”
