The drama never ends when it comes to the stars of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
TMZ reports that Kim Zolciak has been victorious in court in a lawsuit she filed against her former co-star Kandi Burruss, who sued her first.
Burrus sued Zolciak first over profits from her song “Tardy for the Party,” which Burruss claimed she was still owed royalty money on. Zolciak countersued claiming that she already overpaid Burruss, she had the checks to prove it, and that her accusations were merely a publicity stunt.
Fans may never know who was legally in the right on this one because TMZ is reporting that Zolciak won the suit based on a federal jurisdiction technicality only.
