Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick may have served his time for lying under oath about an affair he was having with a member of his administration, but he is not completely out of trouble with the law. Records from his campaign finances show he spent $980,000 of re-election money to pay his lawyers to stay out of jail, according to the New York Times. He may have to repay those funds along with $1 million he is already sentenced to return. -CJ
