Halle Berry’s bitter custody battle rages on. A Los Angeles judge ruled that her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, will not lose shared custody of their three-year-old daughter, Nahla, reports TMZ.
This latest round of court appearances were spurred by Berry’s request that the judge block Aubry from having any contact with Nahla because he is currently being investigated for child endangerment and battery charges after allegedly pushing the toddler’s nanny. In response, the L.A. Department of Children and Family Services recommended that daughter Nahla see a therapist, and Berry and Aubry get parenting counseling. Aubry is also taking anger management classes.
Nahla’s nanny Alliance Kamdem accuses Aubry of “violently” pushing her after she questioned him about why the toddler had missed school.
This comes after a series of custody battles between Berry and Aubry, who split in 2010 after a five-year relationship.
