A report on Paris Jackson’s “health, education and welfare” is the works following her suicide attempt last week.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff, who is overseeing the guardianship of Michael Jackson’s three children, has also asked the investigator to make recommendations on whether any changes need to take place in Paris’s life, reports the Associated Press.

Judge Beckloff indicated that the inquiry is in response to “recent media reports concerning her welfare.” He is the same judge who granted Michael’s mother Katherine and nephew T.J. Jackson (Tito Jackson’s son) co-guardianship of Paris and her two siblings, Prince and Blanket. Beckloff issued a similar request for an investigation last year when Katherine left the three children with no indication of her whereabouts. She was later found in Arizona with her eldest daughter Rebbie Jackson.

TMZ reports that Paris has been transferred to the UCLA Medical Center following a 72-hour psychiatric hold at another local hosiptal. The UCLA Medical Center is where her father died on June 25, 2009.

Paris was hospitalized on Wednesday after she reportedly took as many as 20 ibuprofen tablets and cut her wrists with a kitchen knife.
