Senator John McCain’s campaign is dropping political adviser Bobby May for writing a racially offensive newspaper column about Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama in The Voice, according to The Associated Press. In May’s column titled, “The (clarified) platform of Barack Hussein Obama,” he went on to say that if Obama were elected as president he would hire rapper Ludacris to paint the White House black and change the national anthem to the “Black National Anthem.” He also joked that Obama would include syndicated talk-show host Oprah Winfrey on the faces of currency.
