We’re counting down the days until Jazmine Sullivan’s new album, Reality Show, drops on January 13, but luckily, we have her new single, “Mascara,” to tide us over until then.
“I never leave the house without the makeup on,” she sings in the new single. “I keep mascara in my pocket if I’m running to the market/’Cause you never know who’s watching you/So I got to stay on/I got to stay on.”
The 12-track upcoming album, which comes four years after her 2010 “Love Me Back,” is an ode for her love of reality television.
“I worked harder on this album than any other album,” she told Rap-Up TV. “I put a lot of pressure on myself ’cause I haven’t been out in so long.”
