Jada Pinkett Smith is speaking out against the lack of diversity present in the 2016 Academy Award nominations.

Pinkett-Smith took to Facebook Monday to deliver a follow-up to her prior message saying, “Is it time that people of color recognize how much power, influence that we have amassed that we no longer need to ask to be invited anywhere?”
