Damon Dash, the hip-hop mogul and former best friend of Jay-Z, is pushing out his new book, not a new album this year, according to allhiphop.com. The book, reportedly written by former editor-in-chief of The Source magazine Kim Osorio, is already complete and covers the mogul’s career and personal life journeys. Now, Dash is looking for a publisher or distributor for his life story.—Shavon S. Greene
