
A Superior Court judge in Los Angeles has ordered that Berry’s stalker, who was arrested on July 11th after trespassing on her property three days in a row, stand trial for his crimes. Berry already has a three-year restraining order against the man, but more may be needed for her protection.

According to the L.A. Times, Richard A. Franco is charged with breaking and entering in connection with the star’s Los Angeles home.
“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have… I am extremely frightened. He has terrorized me and my family,” said Berry in court papers.

In one incident, Berry’s manager even confronted the stalker on her property but he quickly jumped the fence and got away. When apprehend, authorities found Berry’s keys to her guest house on his person.
Bail is currently set at $150,000.
There’s no word on what sort of punishment Franco will receive if convicted.
