Halle Berry is set to produce an upcoming medical drama for CBS.
According to The Grio, Berry’s production company 606 films has landed its first deal with CBS studios and will team up with the executive producer of House, Katie Jacobs, for the project.
The drama will follow a mysterious surgeon who imprisons himself in a high-end private hospital located on a prison property.
Larry Kaplow is set to write the untitled script.
On the feature film side, 606 productions is currently working on Kidnap, a thriller that will star Berry.
There is no word yet on when the new projects will air.
