Foxy Brown may seek $100 million in payback from New York City for “malicious” charges filed against her, the New York Post reports.
The Brooklyn rapper was charged with violating an order of protection for flashing her backside to her neighbor Arlene Raymond in 2010. The charges were thrown out on Tuesday when Arlene failed to testify against in her in court.
Foxy’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, thinks the case was a waste of taxpayer money and is threatening to sue the city.
SMH… the case has yet to be filed, but we’re wondering if Foxy should even bother in the first place? Do you think she really has a chance at cashing in?
