Former Motown producer Frank Wilson died on Thursday after a long battle with prostate cancer, reports the Hollywood Reporter. The legendary producer is best known for his work on songs like Stevie Wonder’s “Castles In the Sand,” The Temptations’ “All I Need” and The Supremes’ “Love Child.”
Wilson was originally from Houston but moved to Detroit in the mid-1960s in the height of the success of Motown Records. Wilson’s credits include songs for Marvin Gaye, the Four Tops and John Legend.
Along with his career as a music producer, Wilson also released a record in 1965 called “Do I Love You (Indeed I Do).”
He was 71 at the time of his death.
