Although we don’t quite understand the criteria that determined the ranking, First Lady Michelle Obama was No. 3 on the list. Despite the fact that women all over the world are following her budget-conscience style trends and even wigs have been inspried by Mrs. Obama’s mane attraction, Kate Winslet and Anne Hathaway precede her.
Other beautiful ones who made the list were Rihanna, Oprah, Queen Latifah, Iman, Tyra Banks, Halle Berry and Beyonce.—KNB
