You won’t find Damon Dash working for another man anytime soon.
Speaking to Power 105’s Breakfast Club, the former Roc-a-fella exec said that a “real man” would never call another man “boss.”
“A real man won’t ask or answer questions about another man’s money,” he said to the radio hosts. “How can another man call another man ‘boss’? That’s like calling another man ‘daddy.'”
He went on to say that a “real man” should start his own business with his own money, plain and simple. Hmmm…
Now, we can’t speak on whether calling another man (or woman) your boss is degrading, but we do want to know your feelings toward working for “the man” versus starting your own business.
